Youcai has a great passion for building things, from virtual to reality. So when he was introduced to Ruby five years ago, he became a big fan and began using it at work all the time.
As a goal-driven guy, he enjoys learning new skills to help solve problems, and in the past 3 years, he’s added iOS/Android development, erlang and nodejs to his skill set.

Besides working at the computer, he also love the paragliding, which has the same feeling as working for Intridea.
