Before we began development on the suite of solutions we spent a lot of time looking at where enterprise software is going. We discovered that current social enterprise software is often little more than a simple, re-skinned version of social networking software. Thus, with Socialspring, we completely re-imagined how software can mimic real world interactions to improve task efficiency, information sharing and reduce day-to-day work frustrations to result in happier and more productive employees.
We knew any software solution we created would require a unique focus on usability to address the shortcomings of current business software. The applications work individually, but also are deeply integrated with each other for a more powerful experience.
